We conduct quality checks before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged product, email us at support@skobazaar.com within 48 hours with a picture of the damage.
Update your shipping address as soon as you place an order by emailing support@skobazaar.com. Failure to do so may result in additional reshipping charges of ₹150.
If you wish to hold your shipment, inform us before placing an order. Uncollected packages will incur reshipping charges of ₹150.
Our delivery partners attempt delivery three times. Uncollected orders will be returned to us. Reshipping will be done at an additional charge of ₹150.
We offer free shipping for orders above ₹4000. Additional charges apply to other orders based on current rates/offers.
