Return & Refund Policy
At Skobazaar, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. We offer a 7-day easy return policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order.
Return Process
- Inform: Email us at support@skobazaar.com within 48 hours of receiving your product. Provide details and an image of the item along with your reason for return.
- Return: Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Refund: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the refund within 5-7 days.
Damages & Issues
If the package seal is tampered with, please do not accept the delivery. Record a video while opening your package to ensure a smooth return process.
Exchange Policy
To exchange an item, return it within 7 days and place a new order separately.

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

- Refund Processing Time: According to the policy, they will process the refund within 3 days. During this period, they may verify your request, approve the refund, or request additional details if needed.
- Refund Crediting Time: After the refund is processed, the amount will be credited back to your account within 5 days. This could vary depending on the payment method used (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
- Check Refund Status: Follow up with their customer support team if you haven't received any updates after the specified refund processing time (3 days).
- Full refund to the original payment method. For COD orders, we will require your bank details.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Prepaid order cancellations will incur a 5% deduction for payment gateway charges.
Applicable Deductions
- ₹200 deduction for non-acceptance of prepaid orders.
- ₹150 deduction for waived shipping fees if an order is returned.
- 5% deduction for online payment failures requiring refunds.
